Non classé A CLASSIC MODERN WEDDING IN PROVENCE

The 2022 wedding season is upon us!

You are probably looking for a style for your wedding design.

Do you want a modern, trendy and contemporary wedding?

White and black to break the codes of a traditional wedding and make a lasting impression…

The priority for the bride and groom was to see the happiness in the eyes of their guests after these years of COVID.

Let’s go back 5 months… Yes, it was a wedding that was organised in 5 months! Believe us, the pressure was on!

We found an exclusive venue in the heart of Provence, with plenty of space to hide. A south-facing mas with an esplanade and a swimming pool. We were able to use every space and allocate them to a time on the day.

The pool area welcomed the guests during the cocktail party after the ceremony, such an important moment where everyone gathers to share, toast and laugh.

Entertainment was provided during the cocktail party, including a mixologist and a DJ Live Band.

The dinner area was allocated to the front of the farmhouse on the esplanade with the creation of a black floor and a black and white checkerboard dancefloor.

The second part was all the more important: the design.

From the stationery, floral art, table art, and wedding cake, the design must follow a common thread to have coherence among all the elements.

The bride and groom, J and F, chose to blend modern with classic for their wedding.

The guiding principle was purity with the colours white and black, which can be seen in the stationery, including the save the date, the invitation to the brunch and the thank you notes, not forgetting the signage, the menu, the plan and the table numbers.

As for the floral art, the white Arum, the white Carnation, the Alpes d’Huez Rose, the white Hydrangea and the white Ranunculus were selected to decorate the venue as well as to compose the bouquets for the bride, her bridesmaids, and the buttonholes for the groom and his witnesses

This created a clean, minimalist and modern atmosphere.

Every detail counts in the design of a marriage with tableware. Following the thread and remaining consistent with furniture that sums up a classic style and adding modern elements through a French-style table setting.
