What We Do for You…
Organisation
Administrative: quotations, contracts… Planning (annual & wedding day): defining tasks, managing timelines throughout the year and on the day itself. Budget & finances: allocation and distribution of expenses, financial tracking, schedule management… Accommodation: hotel and venue proposals, rooming list management, guest support and coordination. Transportation: route planning, proposal and management of pick-up points, guest support and coordination.
Production
Proposal development, administrative and financial follow-up, logistical briefings, and vendor management. Logistical site visits at the wedding venue(s). Proposal of technical and scenographic elements: tents, flooring and coverings, sound and lighting. Logistical coordination of vendors: setup, installation, and dismantling of reception spaces.
Design
Mood boards creation, developing concepts, atmospheres, and scenographies, including stationery as well as ceremony and dinner areas. Composition and management of the artistic team: graphic designer, floral designer, etc. Bringing the project to life through the proposal of an artistic concept, including florals, tableware, linens, and lighting. Design and layout proposals for reception spaces through 2D or 3D plans or sketches.
Coordination
Vendor welcome and management, guest welcome, and support for the couple. On-site presence the day before (final checks). Coordination and management of the wedding day. Planning and management of the brunch.
Our Commitments
Your team consists of one project manager and two coordinators for an 80-guest event, with availability ensured 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
